Watch: Why smart TVs haven’t yet replaced set-top boxes
The Media Leader Live @ Connected TV World Summit

Rob Collier, head of strategy at MTM, reveals new research that shows Netflix’s recent crackdown on password sharing among users was a success.

Speaking to The Media Leader at Connected TV World Summit last month, Collier also discusses why smart TVs haven’t replaced set-top boxes… yet. This was the basis of one of his talks at our event in London.

Collier also explains why the media industry will see “a much faster shift towards connected TV ad formats in the next few years” and why that repsenents such a “pickle” for the advertising market.

Recorded at Connected TV World Summit (March 2024). More info about the event on the website.
