Consumers ABC’s: News & Current Affairs
Weekly news and current affairs publication, The Economist.

News & current affairs market leader The Economist grew its digital circulation by 1.7% year-over-year as its print circulation continued to decrease at a faster rate (-13.4%).

That is according to the latest consumer ABC figures, which found that on the whole, print news magazines saw declines in circulation in the upper-single digits to mid-teens in 2022.

While TIME saw its print circulation decrease 16.8%, it’s digital circulation grew a comparatively minor 7.1%.

Meanwhile, titles like The Week saw declines in both print (-5.2%) and digital (-6.6%) circulation.

However, fortnightly print title Private Eye bucked the trend away from print circulation, growing its circulation 4.4% to 248,133.
