US Magazines Revenues Rise 10% In February

Total US magazine advertising revenue rose by 10.2% year on year in February, closing at $1.2 billion, according to the latest data from the Publishers Information Bureau (PIB). The number of advertising pages for February was 15,593, up 1.8% from last year.

In the year to date, advertising revenue closed at $2.1 billion, an increase of 9.8% on the first two months of 2002. Ad pages in the year to date were up 3.1% at 28,095.
