Tom Darlington becomes head of insight at PHD Global Business

Tom Darlington has been promoted from global group strategy director to head of insight for PHD Global Business.

Darlington, who has written for The Media Leader’s Strategy Leaders series announced the job move in a LinkedIn post.

He has been working at PHD since 2017, initially joining as global strategy director for the Unilever strategy unit, before moving to global group strategy director in 2018.

Prior to this he was at Goodstuff Communications for more than three years, firstly as business director and finally as head of planning. Darlington also has previous roles at Channel 4 and OMD UK.
