Jack Daniels targets G&T drinkers with apple-scented OOH

Publicis Media-owned, Spark Foundry is launching apple scented OOH sites on behalf of Jack Daniels in a bid to drive awareness of the Tennessee Apple flavour as a summer alternative to gin and tonic. 

The scented sites, managed by Kinetic, will go live from 12 July in London’s Leicester Square and Clapham Common, alongside other national activity. 

As part of the campaign, weather-triggered creative is also being implemented across digital and paid social.

When temperatures hit 24-degrees outside, the creative, designed by Energy BBDO, will start to appear across digital channels. 

Spark Foundry business director, Kirsty Graham said: “As temperatures rise in the UK, we knew using a combination of multi-sensory OOH and weather-triggered creatives would make Jack Apple unmissable this summer when people are out and about.”
