ITV hires Film & TV Charity CEO Pumfrey as director of strategic partnerships

ITV has hired Film & TV Charity CEO Alex Pumfrey as director of strategic partnerships.

Starting in June and reporting to group strategic partnerships and distribution director Martin Goswami, Pumfrey will develop ITV’s relationships across national media players (such as the BBC, BT, Sky and Virgin Media) and international tech giants (such as Apple, Amazon and Samsung).

She began her career at Channel 4 and has worked for Digital UK (now Everyone TV) where she led the delivery of the UK’s £1bn digital TV switchover programme. In 2017 she became CEO of the Film and TV Charity.
