Ebiquity acquires MediaPath and Media Management Inc

Ebiquity has agreed to acquire two international media consulting and auditing companies.

The media investment analysis company has entered a conditional agreement to acquire MediaPath Network AB and a definitive agreement to acquire Media Management Inc (MMi), with both deals signed on 29 March.

MediaPath is a global media consulting company founded in Stockholm in 2008 by Susanne Elias. It specialises in agency selection processes, media performance measurement and media benchmarking through its tech platform GMP365.

MediaPath has a team of 45 people in 12 countries serving clients like ABInbev, Disney and Kraft Heinz.

Elias will join the executive leadership team at Ebiquity as chief business integration officer.

MMi is a media audit services company founded in 1995 focussing on media audit services in the US across all media channels for national and local media and agency performance.

It is led by Thomas Bridge and has a team of 40 people across the US with clients including GM, AT&T, Samsung and GEICO.

Bridge will join the North America leadership team as president of Ebiquity North America.

The conditional agreement is expected to complete around 4 April.
