2018 Media Research Awards now open for entries

Media owners, researchers, industry bodies and media agencies are invited to enter the 2018 Media Research Awards.

Hosted by Mediatel, the awards recognise and celebrate those organisations and individuals that are driving innovation and development in UK media research.

Newsworks took the Grand Prix prize earlier this year, along with Gold in the Best Custom Media Research for its ‘How People Buy’ project – as well as picking up the award for Trade Body of the Year. Other winners included the BBC, Sky Media, MEC UK, MTM, Trinity Mirror and ITV.

2018 categories include:

Best Media Research Tracking Project
Best International Media Research Project
Excellence in Measuring Effectiveness of a Media Campaign
Best Use of Data Sets
Best Social Media Project
Excellence in Research Presentation
Research Agency Team of the Year
Media Owner/Trade Body of the Year
Media Agency of the Year

The winners will be revealed at a prestigious and social awards lunch on Wednesday 28 February 2018 at The Banking Hall, EC3V, with a Grand Prix Award chosen from winners of the six project-based categories.

The first entry deadline is Friday 13 October. Judges are to be announced shortly.
