What’s Possible Group, the company behind The Specialist Works media agency, has promoted Annalisa Gribble to managing partner of its People Team.
Gribble, who was previously head of people, will focus on putting diversity, inclusion, and equality at the heart of the group’s talent retention and recruitment strategy. She will work closely with external partners, including Creative Equals, Creative Mentor Network, Brixton Finishing School, On-Hand and BeyondAutism.
