What now for hybrid working? GroupM and C4 join The Media Leader at All-In Summit
All-In Summit: Djurdevic, Oakes and Krichefski.

The second All-In Census results are set to be revealed on Thursday, including fresh data on what advertising and media professionals feel about hybrid working.

These results will be revealed at the All-In Summit in London on 11 May, where The Media Leader‘s Omar Oakes will moderate a discussion about The Future of the Workplace with Channel 4’s chief revenue officer Veriça Djurdevic and GroupM CEO EMEA & UK Josh Krichefski, who recently became president of the IPA trade body.

The All In Census was created by the Advertising Association, the IPA, ISBA and Kantar to build a more inclusive workplace and better support the industry’s talent.

The second edition launched in March and number of completed entries have exceeded the 16,000 who took part in the first survey in 2021. The Advertising Association’s Talent Task Force, of which The Media Leader is a member, has also informed some of the questions that feature in the new Census.

Quality talent needs that spark: How All In will be different this year

The format for the Summit will be highly interactive for both in person and online attendees, and audience participation will be encouraged to ensure an open and inclusive dialogue throughout the event. There will also be several networking sessions during the day.
