As reported in the most recent edition of Marketing Week (28/5) Saatchi & Saatchi has ousted J Walter Thompson from the top slot as number one agency in terms of total expenditure (Register MEAL figures). WCRS rose up six places since last year jumping from 18th to 12th on the list.
