OpenX appoints chief technology officer

OpenX appoints chief technology officer

OpenX has named Paul Ryan as its new chief technology officer.

In his new role Ryan will oversee the technical teams at the UK adtech firm to foster the development of innovative programmatic technology.

Ryan was previously the chief technology officer and founder of mobile search company Zowdow. He has also held roles at Yellow Pages Group in Canada, Velocify and Overture.

“I am thrilled to welcome Paul Ryan to OpenX to lead our engineering team,” said Tim Cadogan, CEO, OpenX.

“Paul has been at the forefront of the mobile-first evolution so I am confident that with his strategic vision and leadership, we will continue to innovate ahead of the market and provide our customers with the technology they need to grow their businesses.”

Ryan added: “I’m incredibly excited by the opportunity and the challenge to build upon our decade of innovations as we now engineer the industry for a mobile and video-first world.”
