Pepsi has been announced as the premier sponsor of Music Television’s (MTV) new show, First Look, due to make its screen debut on 29 May. The soft drinks company has been involved in other MTV sponsorship deals in the past including the backing of Dial MTV, Michael Jackson’s Dangerous Diary and MTV Video Music Awards.
The Channel’s first ever All-Star Football challenge to take place on May 23 will be sponsored by Nike, with the sports company already having set up deals to back MTV Prime and MTV Sports. Finally BK British Knights have been named as sponsor of The MTV Movie Awards which takes place on June 11.
