MediaCom UK has expanded its employee wellness programme to include support for menopause.
The expanded policy aims to address the lack of support employees traditionally get when going through the menopause and encourage others about how they can help and talk about the topic.
Employees experiencing any stage of the menopause (pre, peri or post) will now able to access coaching, resources, talks and workshops, and line managers will be trained so they feel confident speaking to and advising employees around the topic.
The WPP agency is also piloting a scheme which is providing one-to-one coaching to eight female leaders through menopause experts Over the Bloody Moon.
MediaCom currently employes 1200 people across five offices in the UK.
