Havas Media Group is expanding in to Scotland after acquiring an Edinburgh-based creative agency.
Havas Group has acquired a data-led creative specialist agency, additive+, which will be integrated into Havas Media Group UK.
It means Havas Media, Havas Entertainment, Havas Market and Search Laboratory will now be able to deliver more full-funnel, multi-channel media experiences for their clients, the company has announced.
The specialist agency also has international scalable solutions and has plans to launch in other key markets including the US.
Yannick Bolloré, chairman and CEO of Havas Group, said: “This acquisition strengthens our ability to seamlessly distribute and optimise unlimited volumes of dynamic and relevant creative messaging to addressable audiences at scale across any digital channel and device.”
He added this would allow Havas to improve clients’ media and creative effectiveness by “maximising creative relevance” which in turn would help them “win the battle of attention”.
