Havas Media announces raft of senior hires

Havas CEO Matt Adams

Havas Media has hired Stuart Butler, Matt Dailey and Craig McCulloch into three newly-created senior roles.

Butler will take on the role of chief strategy officer. He joins from Maxus where he has served as chief planning officer, EMEA since 2012. Prior to that he spent five years as group strategy director at MEC.

Meanwhile, Zenith’s Matt Dailey will become chief performance officer, while Craig McCulloch, who has been at Havas UK since 2011, has been appointed chief experience officer. He is tasked with “helping clients stand out by offering experiences that deliver convenience and enjoyment for the consumer”.

All three will report to Matt Adams, CEO of Havas Media and Havas Media International.

“We have a clear statement of intent in the market with the Havas Village and the integration of creative, media and technology,” Adams said.

“Stuart, Matt and Craig are fantastic experts in their fields. Customer Experience, Human Insight and media effectiveness will sit at the heart of how we deliver a competitive advantage to our clients. This new team will make the difference.”

McCulloch assumed his new role at the end of January. Butler and Dailey will join in April.
