Yannick Bolloré, CEO and chairman of Vivendi and Havas, talks to editor-in-chief Omar Oakes about the future of media, how Vivendi can compete on a global scale, what’s the grand strategy behind the company’s acquisitions and where Havas’ new ad agency Uncommon fits in.
