Outdoor specialist Concord has just finalised a management buyout from HTV. A management team, comprising of seven people, has bought the company for £2million.
Peter Waddell, chairman of Concord, says, “When HTV took the decision to divest of its non core activities, this, with the assistance of 3i, gave us the opportunity to acquire Concord”.
