Chris Ladd leaves Nationwide

Nationwide’s head of media will be leaving the company after more than 15 years.

He joined as a senior manager in marketing and planning in 2008 and has been head of media since 2017.

Ladd told The Media Leader that he was not leaving for a specific job.

He started his career in TV as a sales executive at ITV before moving to be a media consultant at Fairbrother Lenz Eley, which was later acquired by Ebiquity.

Ladd then worked at MG OMD as account manager before moving to become media manager at Boots.

Between 2018 and 2020 Ladd was a co-chair of a network of media experts within UK advertisers for industry body ISBA.
