Adwanted France appoints Hicham El Mokhtari as CEO
El Mokhtari was previously chief operations officer
Adwanted Group, owner of The Media Leader, has promoted Hicham El Mokhtari to CEO of its French business.
El Mokhtari joined Adwanted in 2018 as a product manager before becoming chief product officer and later chief operations officer at Adwanted France.
He replaces Emmanuel Debuyck, who will focus on his group leadership role. The group comprises businesses in the US, UK and France.
Debuyck said: “Hicham’s promotion to lead Adwanted France is a logical step. The French market is particularly important for the group as it is where all of the products that ensure the future of the company have been developed in recent years.
“We have carefully prepared for this transition with a strengthened leadership team in France and so I hand over the role to him with complete confidence.”
In his new position, El Mokhtari will join the group’s senior leadership team based in London and New York. The team comprises: Heather Petaccio (US CEO), Greg Grimmer (UK CEO), Nicola Mullet (group chief strategy officer) and Debuyck (group CEO).
