Prior to joining Sir Lynton Crosby’s communications and campaigning advisory firm, CTF Partners, in March this year, Chris Blackhurst was a journalist. In all, he lasted 33 years in Fleet Street, becoming Editor of The Independent, and Deputy Editor of the Independent and Express titles. For 10 years he was City Editor of the London Evening Standard. He’s also written for magazines and appeared regularly on television and radio, presenting his own show on London Live TV. Chris has won numerous industry awards. A regular contributor to Mediatel, he still commentates on media and business matters.
