Havas Media Group UK has appointed Pedro Ramos as head of ecommerce for its specialist ecommerce consulting agency Havas Market.
Ramos joins after four years at Omnicom Media Group, most recently as EMEA executive director of performance, where he was in charge of more than 20 people.
In the new role, he will be responsible for developing Havas Market’s ecommerce offering, including direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, data and analytics and drive growth for the agency and its clients through traditional performance media and ecommerce specific outcomes.
Ramos will report in to David Jennison, managing director of Havas Market and CEO of Expert Edge, which Havas recently acquired.
He will also work closely with Havas Media Group’s local leadership and global product teams.
