Brixton Finishing School launches five-year ‘bond’ to better support young talent

Brixton Finishing School has launched a “Change Making Bond” to call on businesses to commit to longer-term agreements with its underrepresented talent training programmes.

The bond aims to develop a multi-year pipeline of more free, alternative and inclusive routes into the advertising and creative industries for more diverse talent, as the costs related to a university style education and living have risen exponentially in recent years.

Clear Channel, Media.Monks and 1000 Heads are already long-term clients of Brixton Finishing School.
