Nearly ten years of experience in digital, with a strong focus on social media and content strategy. I spent most of this time helping global brands evolve how they use social media for marketing and integrate it within their overall business. Whilst working in agencies such as Momentum WW, Aegis Media and Havas Media, I consulted, built digital strategies and managed campaigns for Sony Pictures, Coca-Cola, Nokia, AXA Wealth, Nationwide, Mr Porter, Chevrolet and East Midlands trains, among others. My work with these businesses included training customer services teams, running workshops with senior managers, creating assets and guidelines that would work across several markets and developing content. In April 2013 I decided to move client side and use my skills and knowledge to help transform a business. I joined the Innovation and Strategy team at hibu, a holding company who owns brands such as yell.com and operates in the US, LatAm, Spain and UK markets. I was tasked with designing a social media strategy that will enable teams such as customer services and sales to use social media best practice and technology to achieve their goals; at the same time as building the brand and on improving its online reputation. I created positive stories using video and written content and recruiting entrepreneurs and business owners to act as brand advocates. I left hibu to build my own business and I now work as an independent digital consultant and trainer.
