All In names 28 new champions

The Advertising Association, the IPA and ISBA have named 28 more companies as All In Champions of inclusive workplaces.

This second wave of companies have each provided evidence they have adopted the first six actions of the All In Action plan by improving the experience and representation of Black, disabled, working-class, women, Asian and older talent.

These additions brings the total number of qualifying companies to almost 100. They include: British Gas, Britvic, Global, Havas Group (Cake, Cicero/AMO, Conran Design Group, Ekino/Inviqa, Gate One, CX Helia Cirencester, CX Helia London, Havas Entertainment, Havas London, Havas Media Global, Havas Media UK London, Havas Media UK Manchester, Havas People, Maitland/AMO, One Green Bean, Organic), IPA, MullenLowe Group UK (Mediahub, Profero, Salt), The&Partnership, mSix&Partners, Halpern and mFUSE.

The All In Census will return on 15 March and will ask every individual advertising and marketing services professional working in the UK to spend 15 minutes answering questions in the study conducted by Kantar.

There will be questions around retention in the industry, as well as hybrid working.

The second All In Summit will take place on 11 May and will reveal the results of the census.
